1. Bilateral ankle oedema2. Dyspnoea on ordinary exertion3. Nocturnal cough4. Decrease in vital capacity by 1/3 from maximum recorded5. Tachycardia (heart rate > 120/min)6. Hepatomegaly7. Pleural effusion
