This is becuase in order to build a successful computer based informtation system it is necessary to identify defecineciess of the current system. Problem identification does not have to require extensive exploration of the current systems defeencies. the detailed review of current practices and existing rpoblems will be ocnduted in the analysis phase of the SDLC”
